Updating text, images, and pages; customizing forms; adding new content; sending newsletters: We handle much of this as part of the All-Inclusive Package, and for larger projects, we offer an hourly allowance. This includes managed hosting on our own cloud servers with Nginx, Redis cache, the latest PHP, and daily backups.
Security and Updates
We install core, plugin, and PHP updates before they become a problem. In October 2026, we patched a critical PHP vulnerability on all servers within three days without a single site going offline. Wordfence and Cloudflare WAF handle the rest.
Defense and Emergency Response
When attackers misuse your brand, we take action: For an industry association, we took a typosquat domain offline within 24 hours, including forensic analysis, abuse reports, and a report to the NCSC.
